Order cancellation
You may cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, email support@vanarva.com or visit your Orders page and select "Cancel order".
- Orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return process below after delivery.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Healthy arrival guarantee
Every live plant is backed by our 14-day "No Questions Asked" replacement guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged, wilted, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the plant and packaging.
Eligible items for return
- Live plants: replacement or store credit
- Pots, tools, and soil: unused, in original packaging within 7 days
- Seeds: unopened packets within 14 days
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Items marked as "final sale" on the product page
- Products that have been used, repotted, or altered

Refund process
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you paid via UPI or net banking, the refund appears in 3–5 business days. Store credit, when opted for, is applied instantly to your Vanarva account.
