- Uploaded media (photos, scans, or images of plants) when using our plant care features and Digital Twin
- Payment metadata processed securely via our payment partner (we do not store full card numbers)
- Usage data such as pages visited, when analytics is enabled
How we use your data
- Fulfil orders, coordinate deliveries, and provide customer support
- Process images and generate plant diagnostics for the Digital Twin care features
- Send order updates and, with your consent, marketing communications
- Improve our website, catalog, and plant care services
Sharing
We share data only with service providers needed to operate our business (payment, delivery, email) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
